Issues with Trainz 2012

So today I upgraded my old Windows 7 PC to Windows 10, and all went good. That is, until I tried to run Trainz. It tells me that I should check my graphics card, and make sure that I have Directx 9 installed. I knew DirectX 9 was already installed, and checked my graphics card. My once so-called Nividia card was now showing in device manager as Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. What can I do to fix this!?!?!?

My Card is a older card. I did update the card 2 days ago to the latest update that was released I believe in May. I have tried to restart the PC to no avail.

EDIT: Here's a pic that might help a bit more with what I mean.

EDIT 2: Just to confirm, I've thrown some of my main daily processes (game emulation, 3D modeling, etc) at the card, all which failed MUCH worse then even my Windows XP PC can actually handle much better, and that's saying something (not Minecraft or Trainz though!).

As I recommended in your PM, update to the latest 353.62 and you should no longer have any issues. The earlier drivers from May were horrible beasts.

I'm gonna get a newer NIVIDIA Card put in the PC tommarow, and hopefully, that will sort out the issues. I really don't want to revert back to 7. Besides, the card in the PC is one that came built into to it.

EDIT: Did some more reading, and this might be the issues. Here's a quote about Microsoft Basic Display Adapter:
"In Windows 8, The Microsoft Basic Display Driver (MSBDD) is the in-box display driver that replaces the XDDM VGA Save and VGA PnP drivers."

If XDDM VGA Save and VGA PnP drivers mean the Built In driver's, then that's probably why the old built in card defaults to a much low end card that is acting up on the PC.
