issues with Trainz 12

i recently bought Trainz 12, and i automatically loved it, but as i once i installed it i found it wasnt as i expected entierly, the menu once in the game was the same as 2010, and there was no multiplayer option, and i couldnt find any maps under "routes", they were all on 2010, and i couldnt play online, it kept spitting "no players online" or something similar, i dunno y but i have no online maps on my Trainz 12.

and one other thing im having a problem with. shortly after i installed it i decided on making a map of my own and test the new game out, and i have no idea how but i got the camera stuck at pirds-eye view, even when im right above the trains, it wont angle back so i can see what im placing.. im just staring at the roofs of the trains, only time i can see the side of the cars or trains is if i move it to the top of my screen.:'(

a small problem but understandibly a annoying one.

im not a expert on this so im open to any thoughs or hopefully solutions to my issues. Also, if you do have a solution, please keep it basic, im not all that good with the technical side of these things..

One thing that jumps out at me is that you don't appear to have TS12 registered. That affects your online capabilities.

i did notice that its not registered, i cant remember how..

ok, i think i got it registered, but would that be the sole cause of my problems?

Look UP ^^^^^

See the words.... SERIAL NUMBER

Click on that and enter you serial number that you received from N3V when you purchased/received the game.

It is 24 characters... alpha and numeric.

example.... 0000 AAAA 1111 BBBB 2222 CCCC

Be careful with 1 or I, 5 or S, etc etc
