Issue when adding Track and Splines on certain routes

Running into this big issue with certain routes when adding/editing with track and splines.
It used to happen at random moments, but now everytime I edit with tracks and splines, it ALWAYS happens.
Database repairs don't do anything and I can't think of a way to fix it.

Not sure quite what you are pointing out? It appears to be laying out exactly as you are indicating.

For some reason, are you holding the Shift key down when adding the extra lengths of track? If so (or if your keyboard's Shift key is stuck in the 'pressed' mode) then the spline points of the added tracks won't auto-join to the points already existing.

Actually, forget that. The little curved bit at the start of the added tracks indicates the points are joined but there really is something odd going on.

No, I'm not holding down any keys at all and the shift key is working just fine.

UPDATE ON THIS ISSUE:

Turns out I had some kind of route corruption with a custom turntable which was causing all of this trouble. Removing it from the route seems to have fixed up the issue. Crisis averted.
