Issue: Legacy of the Burlington Northern v2, Coal delivery session

I cannot get this session to complete successfully. I get to the power plant no problem and reach the stop signal at the end, but nothing happens. No further instructions are given and I just sit there. Am I missing something?

Not the only one experiencing that issue. I done it once and never ended, so I just assumed the other session will behave the same way, so I just didn't touch the route ever since.
