Does the reskinning tutorial by Phil Campbell apply to TRS2010??

Yes, editing the .tga will change the skin.

I personally use GIMP to edit them.

The main differences to watch for are:
1. Directory references only applied to the TRS2004 stucture. For TS2010 you'll use CM3.2.
2. Mesh viewing can use PEV's Mesh Viewer 2 instead of the TOE.
