Is there a way to still get the TBS J35 2-8-0?

I've been wanting this engine for a while, but havent been able to find it anywhere since the Backshops site closed. Is there any way to get the J35?

At least some of the TBS steam locos are now available on WIT Simulations website. Is this one of them?

I have a backup of it but I tried importing it into Trainz 22PE and I get errors. Especially this one. <kuid2:46075:10101:2> : Not a valid archive file: 'kuid2 46075 10101 3.tzarc' (error: 0) I have no idea how to fix it and if the cdp is corrupted then I'm out of luck i guess.

Copy the .tzarc to the editing folder.
Run a DBR.

That is supposed to import the .tzarc file.
