Is there a way to edit objects in driver mode?

In TRS19PE, TRS22 and Trainz Plus you have the UDS (Unified Driver Surveyor) option which allows you to switch rapidly between Driver and Surveyor and back to Driver. You can edit the route, consists, session in Surveyor then save (or not save) before switching back to Driver with the changes made.

For TRS19 (standard) and below there is no such option.
