Is there a "basic" industry for loading coal?

In another thread I posted about making a model of a small Fairbanks Morse coal loading tower, which I now think I may not finish.

The whole reason was that I wanted a "low profile" coal loading point for filling tenders, but after doing some more reading / research, I think I am going to go with a track side ramp and wheel barrow arrangement, or maybe a small clamshell crane. It seems that this was fairly common on short lines.

The OP&E is the route in question, and at 18 miles long, it's surely a short line. The reason for not using a huge coaling tower is that the OP&E ran oil burning locomotives, and I want to "slip in" a coaling station since coal burners are by far the most common steam engines in Trainz.

So, in order to build such a scene, I'd like to use a basic industry that's just a track, but I haven't seen one. I could make one easy enough, but why "reinvent the wheel" if it's already been done?

A LARS2 Basic2 industry - can be configured to produce or consume steam Locomotive related products
Fuels, Water, Sand, and Ash.
Roll and height adjustable."

That should do it for you.
