Is the UP Big boy still included in '22?

I just recently got back into Trainz, my last game being 2010. I happen to notice that the Big Boy is not in the content log and was wondering if someone would be so kind to inform me on how to go about getting it back or if I am just over looking it.

I have Big Boy through Fall Harvest Nebraska it is included there in this DLC. But this is a payware route, maybe there is a way to get it free, you can check Trainsforge site they have some nice Big Boys there:

Yes, TrainzForge has the Big Boy under Freeware - Steam Locomotives. It is down a ways as they appear to be all alphabetical.
