Is the Razorback site working properly?

Well as the title says, is it working properly? I was able to get it work earlier, but when I went on a public computer, all I can bring up is a blank home page. I couldn't even access the forum section. I clicked on the tabs, and every time, I still got a blank (or rather a greenish blank) page.

It doesn't (what I know of) seem to work on public computers, or at least a library's computers.
