Actually, I'm neither. I have my own site which has nothing to do with Trainz at all. Mine has been up now for over 5 years and I've never had any component go down during that time. N3V uses hamster-powered servers and occasionally the poor little thing dies. It takes them a while to find and train a new hamster to take over.
As for TS2014, I'm not sure what that is. If it is on Steam, please reconsider buying it as Steam does NOT follow the same update/patching procedures as N3V, nor do they provide much support (well, less than N3V, if that's possible). I don't know if Trainz for the iPad has a serial number, but if it does, you need to go and enter it so that the version shows up next to your name. Without it, you're not likely to get much support here.
