Is it possible to import content from the editing folder of a previous installation ?

I have a very large editing folder with thousands of kuids . Is it possible to simply copy this folder into a new trainz installation then do a database repair to merge its content with the other one ?

Yes. In CM you can use the “Import content folder” feature to directly import unpackaged content into Trainz.
