Is it a bad thing when your cat tries to help?

I love my (wife's) cat( at least that is what I tell her.
Tonight though her cat was trying to tell me how to build my new city in Trainz. Put that tree here...that building there...it was all a bit much..

The hardest thing I had to do when I left NZ, to come 'home' to Australia after 20 years, was say goodbye to my best mate of the last seven years.

Shmoofy Wombles Esquire & I were the best of mates for those years, & I had to leave him behind, to an uncertain future, with me not there for him.

He used to climb in my (upstairs) window every night, jump up on my lap & lay across my left arm & wrist, as I attempted to do my emails.

:)

The cats better than most members round here:eek:

Ooooh, thats provocatively harsh.

I wonder what he'd/she'd be like with a model trainset.

Did you know that anti-narcotic squads used cats to burn down fields of illegal plants? e.g. in Pakistan, the crops of poppy plants would be set light to by tying a burning piece of cloth to a cat and then let it run round the field. Same method in South and central America and the Caribbean.

Ill give you 10 points for the imagination in that name:) I had a cat when i was young-er and it was called "cat" :hehe:

G'day 0099.

Funny you should mention that.
It was over eight & a half years ago when we got to know each other.
A friend of mine asked if I could do some house-sitting over Christmas for her.
(She knew I had an addiction to felines). So for about a week & 'cat-sat' for her.
Oh & stayed there too.

A year later she moved out of her large two-story home & I moved in as a sort of joint 'custodial' tenant, with a mutual friend. We had a 3-bedroom wing downstairs for ladies, & the two guys upstairs.

When I moved in, for the first two weeks I didn't know his name, so guess what I called him?.
Yep. "Cat"!!!

His surname I was informed of, several months later by my landlady.
(Shmoofy was her cat. He just 'took me over').

TrackPlate!!

At last!, a man who understands the psychie of the feline species!.
:hehe:

Hi
just be VERY careful with that flat screen.
cat claws and flat screens do not go together. unless you have a protective cover on it.............the screen that is, not the cat, Oh I don't know tho :hehe:

neither do ordinary ones come to think of it, I've got lots of thin lines scratched into the anti glare coating from kittens chasing the aquarium screensaver:eek:

cheers
Roy

I have on my wall a painting that looks very much like your photo. In the center of the screen is a dialog box, and if you look closely it reads, "Are you sure you want to delete this file?"...

Is it a bad thing when your cat tries to help

Worst when your bird (Cockatiel) bites through your mouse and keyboard cable. had to go wireless.

Was it an electrified layout, it was probably looking for the catenary :p or, maybe it's looking for that tree created by dave drake called the catalpa, actually it might be the purrrrrfect catalpa, tell it to do a search on the DLS for kuid2:33404:504020:2.....:hehe: :hehe:
