Is A Session, with Unknown asset, Prevented From Displaying?

I imported a backup Session (not an infamous Route Session) but it will not display on the Start Menu. The only error in the session is an Unknown Asset. The session will not display in the routes menu.. Does an Unknown asset prevent the Route Menu from loading or displaying the imported CDP Session Note: this is imported from a CDP backup asset.

What's the Kuid of the unknown asset?

If it belongs to a script, like driver commands or something like that, that might be an issue.

If the unknown asset isn't a local one, you can try right-clicking and choosing download this version. The issue maybe that the particular version of that asset isn't available due to an update. I've had this before with non-important assets and it's annoying. The right-click thing I mentioned fixed that in one particular case.

If that doesn't work, you could clone the session first, then delete the unknown asset in Content Manager on the clone and give that a try and see what happens.

Tried your suggestions but no go. Will try variations as well. I have the CDP (now worthless) in case it actually becomes needed.
I have tried loading the CDP into the route a few times but the instructional session never appears. The DEFAULT (route parameters) does appear. It is just the instruction session that is the problem.

I wonder why N3V will not permit an "unknown" to be deleted. When I asked "because it does not exist" was the answer. The error citation is real. Why not allow the customer to delete that. I see no value to it if it is truly missing.

I am continuing to assume that the "unknown" item is preventing installation.

I'll continue to fiddle about. I can rewrite the session.

I'll add an idea of where to look, I have had this issue before and it was because the session had the wrong kuid reference to it's parent route in the config page. Once I put the correct route kuid in the session config, it "woke up" and I was able to resume functionality of session. Is your session config looking for the correct route kuid?

Thanks for the suggestion. But, KUID OK. I will just rewrite the session. It is a little complex but good to keep aged cells active.

THANKS
