I am a huge fan of CMTM as well! I have one route that has CMTM fully implemented, and several more that are at various stages of car traffic development. For me, it was the prime reason I have been drawn to the hobby. Simulating real world car routing/traffic is the fun I get out of it!
My hope in the future (some of which appears is already happening) is TANE support, and easier ways to develop your traffic plan (although I have gotten pretty good at cranking out lines of code based off of David's great examples!).
I'm all for anything that keeps this great add-on up to date and integrates it more smoothly with the various Trainz versions.
Thanks again goes to David for developing this excellent feature that truly gives purpose for those of us that want to simulate actual car traffic operations!

Any chance you can share your fully implimented CMTM route? I'd sure like to see what others are doing with it.
On the horizon, I have almost ready for testing, an EXCEL worksheet to create movement records. You enter the data for each industry and then click on a button and it creates a set of movement records. You would then cut and paste these into the CMTM file, and you should be ready to run a new session.
As far as TANE support, the only problem I've encountered is that majekear's stable or freight cars that I have always used need to be upgraded. Unfortunately, he is traveling and has no time for Trainz. He has given me permission to clone and fix, but what a daunting task! I hate to loose this fine stable of freight cars. Anyone interested in helping? First step is to figure out just what needs to be fixed and then standardize the fixing process. Then we could get lots of people involved and be done in short order.
