Invisible Track

Now that is solved where do I find this Track.

I keep seeing this white track on layouts that I download, the problems is it is not used as normal track but is put round house , Along side roads etc and I cant find it anywhere in tracks. Can some one please tell me what the reason for it is If you can Thank you very much.

They represent missing splines.
The route you downloaded apparently has missing dependencies.
They look like tracks, as tracks are also splines, but will be put in for every missing spline.

They could be missing wall, fence, road splines or hedges/grasses etc and not track at all
