Could some please help me understand what this means and can i fixes this problem.

Use CM to download them. No problems that way.

No idea what the message meant.

It means that the original creator did not want the DLS to show his content but make it available for updating routes that required it. It is a choice that is made at the time of uploading the content.

Why? Probably because it was also available from his own third party site and he/she wanted people to go there first. Now it is a bit pointless as CM ignores the hidden instruction. A programming error that was admitted when TR2006 CMP was released but has never been fixed.

It is no problem, just download with CM, as suggested.
