Installing Murchison 2 ... please help

I feel like a complete dimwit... OK, I am often... But here is my latest problem.

I purchased Murchison 2 and downloaded it.

When I click the "View Downloads" screen, I get another that says "Open With"... "Choose the program you want to use to open this file:"

Choices include: "Internet Explorer"... "Notepad" etc....

How do I open the download?

Your help would be sincerely appreciated!

Try adding .exe on the end of the filename.
