Can anyone tell me why they are shown as being Incompatible?
"Incompatible" normally means that the asset is designed for a later version of Trainz that the one you are using. This also applies to SP and HF updates.
TRS22: will accept assets with asset build numbers upto and including 5.1
TRS22 SP1: will accept assets with asset build numbers upto and including 5.2

TRS22 SP3: will accept assets with asset build numbers upto and including 5.4

Your current version of TRS22 is:-
| Build 119451 | | Retail TRS22 SP1 (Windows) |
so any asset with a build number above 5.2 will be labelled as "Incompatible".
The absolute latest build numbers for TRS22, depending on your OS and where you got the program from, are:-
| Build 132339 | | Retail TRS22 SP6 HF1 (Mac App Store) |
| Build 132285 | | Retail TRS22 SP6 HF1/TRS22 PE (Windows) |
