In Memory of Bob Cass

I am very sorry for your loss of your dad Steve
and he had great routes and I one time commented on one of his routes on the trainz forums

May God be with you in this terrible time

sincerely,

Micah

I could always tell when Bob would post one of his many pics, always enjoyed how much he loved Trainz, and loved Steam, he will be missed, my condolences to his family and friends.

What sad news.

Condolences to all the family.

We'll miss Bob a lot on the Forum. Always kind, complementary and helpful. A true Gentleman with a passion for Trainz and the camaraderie of the Forum.

We'll also miss those screenshots.

Keep building those mountains in the sky Bob Cass!

RIP

My condolences to you and your family, Steve. I've found the steam screenshots thread he started to be one of my favorite places to visit; as there were many beautiful screenshots.

Hello Trainz friends. This is Bob's oldest son, Steve.

Bob passed away last night from a ruptured aneurysm.

Please remember my dad fondly for his friendliness and for his great artwork on layouts. I really enjoyed viewing these with my dad on a regular basis. He was very proud of his work, and rightfully so.

He has spoken so highly of many of you. If I can help in sharing his work or if you have any questions, please send me an email at solidwalnut at gmail dot com.

Happy rails to you,
Steve

My grandmother passed away 3 weeks ago for the same reason.
My condolences.

My deepest condolences Steve, Bob was a regular here every day and he just seemed to have god dam great time with this hobby as each of his posts or pictures he posted it just looked as though he was having a ball he'll be missed.
Cheers Mick.

Thanks for taking the time to post, otherwise we would never know.

Bob will be so missed for his spectacular scenery, a feat not simply done in Trainz.

I didn't know him but that dosen't mean I can't say Rest in Peace Bob.

I'm sorry I never got to know you. :(

I hope you see me in the carriage of that luxury heaven train your riding.

God Bless You Bob, Love the pictures I saw, I could almost smell the warm oil from an engine worked all day resting in a grassy siding.....the smell triggers the memories of a living creator. This is proof of the lord making us all out of great nations! That Love of his work is going to live on in my mind forever as he is living on in the Cosmos a kingdom of heaven! We celebrate your life Bob Cass, you live on now in our hearts and minds proof that,,,,, we'll see ya later, after we take a couple dozen trips around our local star The Sun.

Cheers,
Will-I-Am

Rest In Peace Bob. You were the most creative route builder ever. From mountains to deserts, you knew how to make them. I hope to see you on the other side,Bob. :(

Bob's routes were an inspiration to all, a willingness to dream and to use the Trainz platform to create our perfect worlds. He will be missed.

-Steve
