I'm confused about this Service Pack 3 thing.

There's things listed on DLS as "Trainz Service Pack 3"

There's things given, and things talked about as Trainz 2010 Service Pack 3, TS 2010 SP3, and such in different ways of expression.

My brain says Trainz Service Pack 3 and Trainz 2010 Service Pack 3 are not the same thing.

Because if they were the same thing, there would not be a '2010' in the one and not the other.

So, are there two different Service Pack 3? One for TS2010, and one for other stuff?
Or is it assumed the rest of the universe intuitively knows everything about what what's being talked about?
Or are people just sloppy in expressing exactly what they are talking about?
Or has there never been a SP3 before the one for 2010, the old timers know that, and those of us new here can't divine that out of thin air?

I will attempt to clarify things here.

Trainz Service Pack 3 is also known as Trainz 1.3 (From what I know, that was the version of Trainz before Ultimate Trainz collection came out)

TS2010 SP3 is completely different, as this is the third service pack for TS2010 (which is the latest version of Trainz)

More information relating to Trainz versions can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trainz#Trainz

This is a known issue with TS2010 (according to various forum posts) - to avoid it, you need to wait a few minutes before shutting down/restarting the system after closing Trainz - to be absolutely sure, use Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete - then click Task Manager) - on the Processes tab, make sure TADDaemon is not running before shutting down/restarting. (Even though I do not have TS2010 on my system, I have been reading enough to be able to advise - credit to the person who originally made the suggestion)
