Icing platform for Reefers?

I need some help locating the operating ice platform someone created here.
I had it working in one of my routes before, but I must have lost it when I changed computers, along with the route it was installed on. I can't find the right wording for it on the DLS or cmp. You know how that goes

Any help will be appreciated.
