i keep downloading stuff but its not on my trainz

If you haven't done a complete clean uninstall and reinstall try this. Go to your control panel,uninstall programs,click uninstall. When that is done go to search and type in auran and delete everything listed. Anything pretaining to auran,trainz,paintshed etc.,you want to delete even the folder even if it says empty. Before reinstalling your version of trainz make sure 1. Your pc has the recommended requirements to run the game and 2. You disable your firewalls,anti-virus etc. and 3. Update your pc hardware before reinstalling trainz. 4. After reinstalling trainz and before you run it make sure you have installed any service patches for the game. 5. After the game is installed do a extended data base repair also for cmp before running the game. You should get all green check marks and the game should be a clean/fresh install for you. Yes your right I forgot about this, If your copy is an older version of TRS2006 it will need the SP1 upgrade, after loading TRS2006 you must load SP1 straight away, you must not try to see if TRS2006 is working, or it will fail.
Ps:-.... Make sure the DVD is clean, check it for scratches.

I reinstalled and installed sp1. But still doing it. Is there something I have to do after I download a train? Becauswe after i download a train I filter it to "today" and i can see the trains i downloaded. then i close out of cmp and then start trains. after that I got bak into cmp and change the filter to "today" and its not there.

wait another thing.. after I download it the status says "local" but for my other installed ones it says "built-in" does this mean anything?

another thing.. i still lose mb when downloading..
