i was looking on the cm for a bad file for a ns_37 car when i came apone some recently added NS_37 locos. ether he did them or someone that recently got them from the site dl them and put them on the DLS. just wondering if they are good or bad at this point. -inprr ps they were uploaded feb, 14th so cm says

Your probably seeing them on there since some now are DLC and will eventually be available in game directly as well as from us too.

N3V may or may not be on board with our payware retirement, thus the disconnect there.

I'm going to say that they are updates.

1. They don't have dollar signs next to them.

2. They were uploaded by Justin. If they were stolen, they would have been uploaded by someone else.

3. They have a Kuid2 increment of :2.

I recently inquired to JR about these, as they are showing up as updates to my products I bought a long time ago. Here's what Kevin told me:

There is no update for the BN SD60 at this time. If your seeing a new kuid :2 showing in content manager this is merely the DLC version coming out from N3V

So apparently N3V knows these are showing up and are legal.
