THIS IS AMAZING WORK!!! :D :udrool: :mop:
I cant seem to figure out how to bring the water that close to the rails with out having the base board make weird formations. your work is insperational to me-I was a qualified conductor from Selkirk to Oak Island on the River Sub.

Best Regards,
Mike S.

Man your work is great. Just a little bit of info, Santa Fe used to make an appearance in the river line. That however, did not happen often. Even BNSF made an appearance. :)

Thanks everyone! Yes...there has been a lot of "foreign" power on the River Line over the years. Even SP, Cotton Belt, UP, and BN have made appearances on occasion. It's quite a long list which, also, adds to the fun of modelling it.

A New York Central "extra" freight passes the old naval armory on Iona Island...

Interesting! I wish I saw Southern Pacific. :(

EDIT: There was this one time that Amtrak sent two F40s out here.

it good that the hudson river route of todays hudson line should be moving smoothly because there is not a whole lot of scenery.

Thanks mates. I'm working on Iona Island now so things have slowed down a bit due to some gmax modelling and a few side projects. It's moving ahead slowly but surely.

Cheers,
Fred

Ok, that's good.:) Good luck on those projects and this one.;) I know that this route will be awesome. I can't wait to drive some CSX and Conrail stuff on this.:D :) :)

Every so often I upgrade the route to TC. If you look back through this thread you will see a number of shots taken in TC. The route won't work right in 09 or 10 though. Those NYC bracket signals don't show up...pity...

Cheers,
Fred

Man, that stinks. :( Hopefully it might get fixed. Who knows! BTW, nice use of the CR ex-Erie SD45-2 locos. :D

What kind of error pops up when you look at those signals in '09/'10? Better yet, what is the KUID? I'm by no means a pro but I could take a look to see how to fix up that signal? Hopefully, it's nothing big.

That's the funny part...well...depends on what you think is funny. :hehe: I haven't bought TRS 2010 yet, but in TRS 2009 there is no error...they just don't appear in Surveyor or in Driver. They are rather old content. Here's what they look like in TC...

Weird. Well, if you know what the KUID is, I could take a look in 2010 and see what the error is (if any?)?

The signals were made for Ultimate Trainz. On the DLS make sure the appropriate boxes are checked. Then select username and his username is

csxt4617

Search it and all of his signals will be listed. The ones you are looking for are NYC-BRKT_## and after the underscore they have two numbers (i.e. 01) which denote which variation of the signal it is. So any of the NYC ones are the ones you're looking to test.

I have his B&O CPLs working in TS2010 which were created at about the same time by him and I think I've had the NYC ones in game but I forget, it would be worth testing.

Hope this helped!
