The lift bridge is one of bendorsey's recent series of very cool animated bridges and can be found on the DLS. <kuid2:210518:1272:1> Better yet...just do a search for "bendorsey" and check out the other ones too. Thanks again Ben for making that one!

My apologies for being a bit tardy with my replies but I have been swamped at work the last couple of weeks. Next week, when I return from a short trip, I expect to get back to the Hudson route and will post updates then.

It's only about 20% completed. It's a huge project and it takes a lot of time just to make a dent in it. I'll keep chipping away at it though and one of these days...

I haven't always lived in sunny California...only a year and a half. I'm a professional musician turned physicist...go figure. During my years as a musician I moved around alot. I've lived in St. Louis, New York City, Boston, and England. While in NYC I played a one week gig in Peekskill...don't ask me when...I'm not telling. Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is...been there...done that.

I agree with John though...it really doesn't matter where you live, if you're willing to do the research on the area you are modelling.

I just d/l the genesis thru protrainz, but am wondering about the attached passenger cars. Did a search and came up empty are they available on the d/l station and compatable to TRS2004?

Yes, Alan...that new rolling stock will feel right at home here.

Logman, the Amtrak cars are payware from ProTrainz. Magicland made a complete Amtrak set. There's also a very nice PRR Broadway Limited set.
