How to tilt the baseboards from looking down to looking from a side?

As absolute beginner with Surveyor 2.0 I can only look down from above to the baseboards. How do I change this so that I can look at the baseboards from an angle? In the video tutorials I couldn't find how this is done. The up arrow does nothing, the down arrow zooms in, the left and right arrow rotate the baseboards, but I keep looking down at the baseboards from a viewpoint straight above the baseboards. Your help is much appreciated. Martin de Groot

Zoom in more, then try tilting. At a certain zoom level tilt becomes disabled & you can only look straight down. On my system (and this is somewhat changeable) you move around the map with right-click, zoom in & out with the scroll wheel, rotating round with the arrow keys.
