How to make video to save on computer or share

Is there is a way to make video of a session drive to save on PC or possibly share without using a gaming streaming site?? Maybe there is a video app?? Thank you in advance!!!

If you use windows 10
[Win] G, opens the game console here
there are movie capture options
[Win] [Alt] R, starts recording here, the same combi stops it also
