How to get purchased route into TRS19

I bought the S&C Route but I don't see the "Download Purchased Content" nor do I see it in "Purchased" in the Content Store. How do I download it?

FYI I bought it in the auran TRAINZ store. Is that the issue?

Start trainz, click Content Store, select the "purchased" tab, find and download route.
