How to convert from04 to 06

Hi i am wondering how you convert content from 04 to 06. There are a few locos that i have found (such as a BL-2) that i would like to use in 06 if possible. IF not ill use 04. Im just wondering how you would go about it. Thanks

Import the '04 file into CMP, highlight it, and commit it.
