How many forum members does it takes to change a light bulb?

Great link....:)

Sounds very much like the Trainz Forums. Did they observe this Forum before putting out the list?

Question.... is a compact fluorescent considered to be a light bulb?

Thanks,

amigacooke,

Thank you, thank you, for this thread. It's been one of those sparse smile days for me, but your find has me grinning from ear to ear. :D I'm about to explore the whole site.

I'll do a risk assessment first.
Might have to get a consultant in as well.
Then it all depends which members you get as to how many it will take.
Bayonet or screw fitting, wall or ceiling mounted, what voltage, the questions are endless, the answers infinite:confused:

Well, I work as a manager for a large Healthcare Chain, and over see the maintenance department. I can tell you that we never change light bulbs, but always "re-lamp".

Funny stuff, observational humor is...it's funny 'cause it's true! What's the deal with those forums?:D

well let see! you need a electrion,to turn off the electricty,a fireman to see if the light is cooled,a mechanic to show which way the bub turns, and someone stuiped enoght to clim a latter in the dark.
It could be done with four people but one of them couldn't be a trainz member because there none stuiped that will clim a latter in the dark.???
lol lol lol

If any members are aware of the SDG&E , (San Diego Gas and Electric ) ,
I have personally watched a crew of 11 , using 6 maintenance vehicles ,
and the the light bulb still does not work ! However , my latest bill shows
the charges , and confirms the work was accomplished !

 ...the ten's of thousands of members that never post!:hehe:

Or the ones that post once in a blue moon along the lines of...

"Philips, you're lightblubs won't works. Fix now or nomore buy. Pithetic."

On a lighter note, I used to work in a hotel many years ago and every day, one of the engineers had the job of walking round the entire building checking for blown bulbs. It was normally a particularly workshy fella and as Toy Story was not long out, he was christened Buzz Lightbulb.
