How Long for FCT To Become Active?

I have just purchased a FCT. I have activated the ticket. How long will it take for the system to recognize my purchase and activation and permit me to use the FCT?

Minutes.
However, if it does not do that for you, there are steps you can take to fix that.

1) Clean out any items still waiting in your download list
2) Remove your username and password from options
3) Close the game. Wait till TADDeamon has stopped (can take a few minutes)
4) Restart the game
5) Re-enter your username and password

That should do it. But before doing this, check if you indeed activated the FCT (and not just buy it).

Can take up to 24 hours but that is very unusual these days.
At a guess you still have all that Clinchfield stuff in the download helper, need to clear it, restart content manager then just add Clinchfield to the downloads again, it will carry on where it left off. Downloads from before FCT are from the free server and will be at the slow speed until they are downloaded which is why you need to clear them and then add to the FCT server. Think we have probably all got caught out by this on the first FCT.

Thanks to all for your help. I cleared my cache, then restarted my downloads and was successful in using my FCT for the Clinchfield Route download.
