Never mind, I just thought of "Delete".

You probably found that centering the compass directly overhead (as with many other items), you can see the tiny black dighole, and delete it in buildings tab. You can also move it up, and down, what ever that use is ?

Some digholes have a big red X, I prefer this as it is easier to see and select.
