How does "A Fleet of Modernism" work?

I have just purchased "A Fleet of Modernism" add-on, downloaded and installed it. At the end of installation, it said that to run it I should click on one of the added icons. But there are no new icons and I can't find anything that appears to be new. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I have this download and from memory the only thing I can think of is the icons are the ones in surveyor in trains and consists when clicking on them to place them on the track.

Thanks, Ken. That's simple enough. I've never purchased any content so the reference to 'icons' threw me.

There are pre made consists usually a heavy and a light as there are with the Blue Comet, this makes it easy to find the coaches that go with the loco for the first time.
