How do yuo change when the CM updates with new stuff from the dls?

How do yuo change when the CM updates with new stuff from the dls?
My cm shows whats new on the dls around 9 to 10 pm est is there a way to make it update sooner.
the dls shows new stuff around 6 to 7 pm est can someone tell me what I can do to get the stuff from the dls to show up in the cm at the same time as when the dls updates?

It's likely to be internally coded into TADDaemon, so the answer is I don't think it can be changed.
