How do you send a gift voucher to some one?

Using the "Profile" tab up there, you will see the voucher(s) that you have available. Clicking on the "Give Voucher" button will take you to the next page, where you may designate whom should receive said voucher.

And it is the last day for 2 for 1 where you get a gift voucher yourself !!!

I can see it in the order page but not in the voucher page. Neither number seems to work in the claim voucher bit either.

I can't figure the process at all. Oh well I suppose help desk will be back in two weeks time so some one will get their Xmas present late this year.

Look closely and you'll see there are four different voucher pages under profile and even when you hit the right page it wasn't obvious to me what to do.

If you get 4 pages, you must have a lot of vouchers! I get the following under the heading of Planet Auran:


Vouchers

• Claim a Voucher: If you have a Voucher Code, click here to claim your voucher.
• Receive a Voucher: For the chance to receive a Voucher for the Auran Online Shop, click here.

Go up a level then you'll see vouchers, gift vouchers, claim voucher, voucher settings and distribute vouchers. So its five pages for vouchers.

Purchasing a Gift Voucher gives you a Voucher for the product, that needs to be claimed to be able to be used. You can list all Gift Vouchers you have in your Planet Auran profile, see link below and there is also be a link in your Orders History Page and in the email you received to this page.

With the Gift Voucher, you can either send it to someone (Print or Email) or claim it yourself. Use the Claim Voucher section of your Planet Auran profile to claim the voucher, see link below. Also, see details on the Gift Voucher for link and Voucher Code.

Once the Gift Voucher is claimed, you can use the Voucher to purchase the product. With this Voucher you do not have to pay for the Digital Product, as it has already been paid for by the purchaser of the Gift Voucher.

I had figured it out. However I noticed some one else also had difficulties so perhaps simpler instructions might help.
