How do I reskin Shoreliner Cabs in TS2009?

I was just wondering, how can I reskin the shoreliners in TS2009 because they are STILL texture files or IM files not .tga or .bmp. Can anyone tell me how? Thanks!

PEV's Images2TGA program will convert xxx.texture files to a xxx.texture.txt and xxx.tga set.
