How do I gain access to my original account?

I believe I've emailed both auran and the moderator/administrator on this forum to regain my original account for Trainz, since I no longer have access to my old email account I can't get a new password reset but nobody bothers to reply.

What must I do to regain my old account, I know my old email and my original account name but not the password?

p.s. when i emailed auran with the information of the original account I even attached a scanned image of the back of my trainz box with the serial number that is associated with the original account of which I gave them the username and old email address, but they don't respond. Before I go ballistic on the forums, I thought I'd ask politely what I must do to regain access to my account.

Moderators probably can't help you (they are volunteers), but helpdesk should be able to. Where and when did you send a message? Was it to www.auran.com/helpdesk? Helpdesk is currently up to date with all inquiries so perhaps you didn't hit the send button?

Thanks, I forgot to check back with the helpdesk to see if there was an answer to my inquiry, apparently there is so I shall try logging in now with the information they provided me.

You mean it's common for people to put a ? mark at the end of the help desk url? I assumed Tony was just using correct punctuation at the end of a sentence that asks a question but I could be wrong....

As I recall when I changed email accounts they emailed a link to the new email account to verify it.

What is common is accidentally incorporating the punctuation into the URL.
