Help please,

Where are there, if any, Highliner's, on Trainz, up to date.

The DLC and CM don't show much. Is there any 3rd party that would fit?

It was presented by PerRock as WIP some time ago. I have no clue, if it was released or not.

I checked his website American Trainz and it looks like it has not been released. I emailed him to see where they are at with it.
