Given that XP was very good with Trainz, and that Vista has quickly been replaced by Windows 7 (there is message there!), I would suggest you go back to XP. Should explain that I am not a computer techie ..... just drawing a logical conclusion based on available information.

Best for Trainz 09/10 is Win7 64 bit as it will use 4GB of ram if you have it.
