Looking at your other thread and your mention of $85. Did you purchase a silver membership that no longer exists and they want you to choose between the Plus or Gold membership?

Ah, direction by Hints. I'll take a look at a new membership as a replacement for the one that is POSSIBLY void. Unfortunately, what you suggest is probably correct - Thanks

Ok changed my Membership to Trainz Plus Standard. I would expect an automatic change with a link to answer relevant questions if needed. Every time I interact with N3V it is with strong concern that I will end up with no working product and no recourse.

I just checked and I am ok -route came up and functioned ok. So at least for now I am a Silver Standard Trainz 2019 (hopefully).

Imagine the shock you get when you see a Cancellation message on your account. Just think, if someone with a weak heart, who loved N3V stuff, saw that message. Can't the staff of N3V at least consider the possible consequences for their actions?

PS: No matter what I entered I could not get past the initial Trouble Shooter message.

Good Afternoon Boleyd
I have checked your subscription account here, and it is showing that your payment was cancelled by PayPal. This is outside of our control, and you will need to contact PayPal to find out why the payment was cancelled.

If you wish to restart your subscription, then you can do so through the 'My Memberships' page of your MyTrainz account.

In regards to the helpdesk, please ensure that you are signed into the helpdesk. Once signed in, click on 'troubleshooter', and then follow through the prompts. The majority of prompts will lead to a ticket submission page, so long as you are logged into the helpdesk; however the troubleshooter helps with a lot of common problems, and as such will be the first step before submitting a ticket.

Regards
