I can't get logged into the new help desk, and I'm am having so much issues with Trainz lately. The Admin of either Trainz or the Trainz forums, please reply, as I saw you did about a week or so ago when this same issue occurred.

Using free Skype first, can oftentimes solve a problem.

I have followed the guidelines on how to download and install patch files. But every time I get to 49922 I'm unable to go any further, as if I do, the patch fails and I have to start all over again. How in the heck is it possible to progress to the next level if all the files keep showing corruption or fails.

I tried the New Helpdesk, Yuk!. It makes no sense and keeps sending me in circles. (I feel oh so dizzy)

Please for the love of God can someone help me.
