Help with tutorial number 6

Hi all, I'm a newbie to Trainz Driver, but like the game alot. I'm stuck in tutorial number 6, shunting and switching. I've used the switcher locomotive to move the railcars to their different locations acording to instructions, after I moved the flatcars with lumber to the factory, and uncoupled the switcher, a window pops up and says something like " Well done, the green hopper cars can stay where they are and will be moved in the morning. Park the switcher up ahead' Up ahead where ? They don't specify where to park it. I've tried parking the switcher at different locations, but never get a pop up window saying I finished the tutorial. Has anyone else had this happen. I'm playing the game on a ipod.

I've the same problem. What is the solution? Please, help us...
 
Same problem for me and I can't drive the steam train until I complete the tutorial. The turntable featured in an earlier tutorial. Ca't find it on the map for Tutorial 6.
 
That's not it either - just tried it and there's a red light before I get there! Great game so far apart from this.
 
Got it! Thanks. The key thing is to rotate the view to face the engine direction immediately after decoupling and the hand is just a few yards ahead.

Okay, my son and I have been trying to complete this tutorial for 2 days. We're so frustrated. We tried backing back up to the lumber and then turning the view around to face forward and STILL don't see the HAND!!! What are we doing wrong?!?!?!?!? PLEASE HELP! Do we actually have to "attach" to the lumber again and then decouple to see the hand??
 
Hello All,

I am having the same issue, can see the hand but the tutorial doesn't end even after parking "on" the hand.

Any suggestions?
 
I have just now repeated this tutorial that I managed to complete earlier. I turned the view to face forward as before but this time no hand appeared ahead. I also tried coupling to the lumber and decoupling again but it didn't help. I'm sorry I don't know what I did right last time. (I couldn't find the hand in the map view either). I am using Trainz Driver Ipad.

Hi joeyrain.

Drive the SW7 switcher slowly a little bit further/forward from the exact showed parking/stopping point and the tutorial 6 should be finished ok.

Excuse me. I do not have much English Could you write a little more detail? Where is SW7 ?
