Help with Industry & Asset

I have TS12, and I'm looking for the following items to add to my new route that I just started. I need an Auto Plant (a full working Industry one if it's out there) and road splines that already have track imbedded in them (or is it easier to just lay the track over the existing road and "lower" it until just the rails appear...?). Thanks......!

Don't know if ther is a working auto plant but if not you can use any building you like and lay one of the BI2 industry tracks where you want the train to load.
For the road with track you can sink ordinary track below the road till just the rails are visible as you said, or you can use built in rail only track.
