Help with giving away first class ticket

I recently purchased a first class ticket but did not activate it. I purchased it for my son who has a different account with his serial numbers for his software entered, etc...I NEED to get the ticket from my account to his so he can use it to download things.

Thank you for your advice...I opened a ticket 3 days ago and have heard nothing. So, I thought I would try alternate routes in case Zec is too busy. (-=
