Help with download station 4th try

Still waiting to try and reach download station, 5 days now, still being sen to my profile page when I try to reach download station, also still waiting for my reply from auran help desk about problem. Has anybody else tried to get help, I have seen a lot of people on the forum with the same problem we need it sorted. Come on Auran sort out this problem it's been going on now for to long.

TRS2006 I have no problem, whatsoever...is your username and password blank in "Options" ?

Edit it out, so as to be blank lines in the boxes...save...close Trainz. Re-open Trainz...re-enter the username & password...save.

I have never had a FCT, but DLS works fine without it...just slow ! Are you using Dialup ? High Speed Internet works fine ?

I've been downloading daily from the DLS for the last week or so without any problems. Obviously the problem is your end.
Why not do a search of the forum "download problem" or "CMP problem" "etc" There's hundreds of posts on this matter. I'm sure if you can be bothered doing a bit of searching/reading you can figure out what your problem is.

We have a problem here in the UK, we can't access the download station, if we click on the link above saying Download Station it takes us to the signing in part, name and password, once we have filled our name and password in, it then takes us to the Planet Auran Edit Account page, not the download station, here is the top of the page it takes you too...

Hi Mallard,
Your right, there is a problem. When logging on, I also get my profile page first, then if I continue, I can open/get to DLS/CMP & download.
Things could be different if you are trying to access the DLS from the UK.

Mallard, when you get to your "Profile" page, go to the top & click "Download Station" there, it will take you to where you want.
I have posted this for you on one of your other threads, but it seems you took no notice, so I have posted it again for you here.

I can confirm that the DLS is working, and I'm in the UK. Clicked the Download Station link at the top of the forum, signed in and got my profile, clicked the Download Station link (in the black banner) at the top, and got to the search page. The DLS is working.

Works for me too

As you all know, I line near Heathrow and that's definitely UK. It's locating the right page and is working fine once there.

It's possible to use the ftp option as well, that works okay as well.

I use 2004, TC3 and 2006 and they all work fine and locate my user details and log on. Well, 2004 doesn't of course, but the others do.

And for the fourth time I tell you, use the DownloadHelperPro program I sent you some time ago. When you start that up it goes straight to the DS.
What is the point of sending you things if you don't use them?

I just downloaded a whole lot of cityrail content from the DLS (for TRS2006) with no problems whatsoever

i had that problem last night all i did , when i was at the edit account page, i just hit teh back button on my brower and boom there was teh d/s
