Start by posting your PC and Operating system specs otherwise your opening post is so vague as to be pretty much useless.

Doesn't work, do you mean the launcher doesn't open or you can't open the actual programme, Content Manager etc.

Have you tried refreshing the local game cache from within Steam in case a file has become corrupted, or try uninstall/reinstall?

This is a good start for a first post... No Hello, no please... Anyway have you checked your internet connection or do you have a FCT ? If not it's normal because the internet speed is intentionally slow

I didn't see the screenshot earlier as posting from a PC where third party images are blocked.

Could be the internet connection has dropped, DLS had an outage or a lousy Broadband provider. Also worth checking your log in details correctly shown as TANE has been known to reset everything to default and blank the settings.
