Help Please

I have trainz 12 installed and running 46957 build all the patches wont install that say they are needed. Also when i try to download a route from download station it pops up with a red line and says cant find on download station. Have tried all the usual things in content manager but with no luck it is a proper dvd disk and not a downloaded one am i doing something wrong thank you in advance for your help.

Have a look at this site, it will help. Once patching has started do not stop/interrupt or you will corrupt your install.
