Help! Please!

Ok can someone help me please. I have the digital download of TS2009 from the Auran website. Now when I go to d/l content from the d/l station, it tells me that some software is missing which is obviously the d/l helper. I have this but why is d/l station not recognising it? Why is this and what can be done to resolve it? I hope this makes sense.

Possibly a corrupted download , try redownloading .
And also there are more updates that bring you to build 38599 .

hmmm but this was off the auran website and where do i get these downloads??

Auran is where to download it from , however a download of this size can easily get corrupted in the downloading process . There are several reasons why . I still suggest trying again , then once you have a working install , upgrade to 38599 .
