I have posted on the general trainz forums but got no help I think this is the better place anyway. This model has a error that I cannot fix? 2 Kuid,s CMP says are not in the database and could not be found in any known location the others are numerous errors like attach point "103" must be found in mesh. Could someone please help or offer any insight as this has really got me stuck. :'(

Here is a list of the main Errors I get

1 attach point "103" in attachment points must be found in mesh?
2 attach point "att" in "ll" must be found in mesh content xn2bpft333\NYCTA_R143_bodyim.

3.KUID 10:168 is not in the database and could not be found in any location?
4 KUID 95798:10105 same story as above.

Mity,

Edit the config.txt file and look for the line that refers to "103" and see if there's a typo in the line. You may even want to remove the line to if the attachment point actually doesn't exist. The same for your "att".

3,4 I'm not familiar with these Kuids. The first one looks bogus. 10:168?

I would check that they are both the same in the KUID table as well as in the body of the config.txt. I have found typos in this area too where the creator had typed an incorrect number in the KUID table, and this threw everything off kilter.

Hi again I checked it the attachment Point is on the list in the container so I deleted it from there too. The Kuid is in the main Kuid table so I am not sure what to do there? Also the model is view able in PEV Mesh Viewer Program and I cannot see any issue there odd:confused:

Someone on you tube with a video of this train says the cab or engine is missing do you think that can be sorted by making a new attachment with Pev attachment maker?

Gen 6e1,<kuid:-10:168> is the cab interior for the R143. It is a UTC kuid, build 1.3 and is built-in.

KUID 95798:10105 is not referenced in the config.txt file. Delete it from the kuid-table.

Code:
attach point  103 "a.pass42     "
Delete the space between 42 and "

Delete these two corona containers since the attachment points don't exist in the mesh.
Code:
      ll
      {
        kind                            "corona"
        att                             "a.corona2"
        texture-kuid                    <kuid:-3:10112>
        object-size                     0.03
      }

      lr
      {
        kind                            "corona"
        att                             "a.corona3"
        texture-kuid                    <kuid:-3:10112>
        object-size                     0.03
      }

R143 subway car by jaleel King

I'd have to find it first, got a KUID number? I get a bunch of hits on r143 and NYCTA r143, but they all show the author as jeffmorris, can't find a "jaleel King" anyplace.

Yeah, I'm currently getting a 404 on it. Suggestion, scrap that one, download these from the DLS;

NYCTA BMT/IND R143 Subway Car A,<kuid2:44558:143:4>
NYCTA BMT/IND R143 Subway Car B,<kuid2:44558:144:4>

Those are updated to 2.9, bench check 4.0 in TS2010, should also work in any TS2009 version.

Re trainzluvr.

Strange I just checked and I can get the site up with no issue it comes up with a page that says its moved then I click a link and it sends me there? thanks through.

I have asked jaleel permission to release a revised version of the R143 subway car. Permission has been granted, so here it is.

You need the "R143 Siemens Engine Sound" from bxmike88, the "AJS Superscript Code Library" and "JK Icon-RE" from andi06, and the "Subway Horn", "King_Industries_Engine", and "pioneer3_bogey" from jaleel. Everything else should be built-in.

Credit goes to Jaleel, bxmike88, andi06, and whoever created the M7 cab. This is for TRS2009, though it might be able to be backdated to TC 1&2, because it has the M7 cab as an interior.

Here is the link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SLAR2KWE Hope you enjoy!
